When a litter of puppies is born it isn't usually possible for all of them to stay at home and although it's very sad to see them go, it's also exciting, because the new owners soon become good friends.

Ambrose and Atticus were Amanda's first litter, and because there were just the two of them she was happy for both of them to stay until the right people came along. Last week Ambrose met Laurel and Craig. He thought they were really nice and so he has gone to live with them.

Amanda was a bit sad to say goodbye - but she knows he will be very happy in his new home. He has already sent some photos of his new playmate, who is a sort of relation - a Scottish Terrier! We bet they will have a lot of fun together.
